Terms and Conditions This document contains the Terms and Conditions between us, Sovereign Manufacturing Company which owns and operates ("sovusa.com") located at 715 North 4th Street; Allentown, PA 18102 and you, the customer, regarding your purchase of items or services from sovusa.com. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these Terms and Conditions, please contact us at sales@sovusa.com before placing an order with us. A Contract between the customer and sovusa.com for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed( at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods ordered). Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the items are charged upon order processing regardless of availability or ability to deliver on time. We will attempt to contact you when your purchase can not be delivered as ordered. Orders can be held by us, or "back ordered," until the product is available, or we will make a good faith effort to offer substitution products. We reserve the right to cancel your order or a part thereof if we are unable to provide the product or substitution. Upon cancellation, customers shall be refunded the full amount of an order within 30 days. Please refer to our returns policy, below.  Your Right To Cancel You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of shipping or drop shipping. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Returns Policy If for any reason your are not satisfied with any of the items in your order, you may return it within 30 days from delivery. Garments that have been altered or worn may not be returned or exchanged. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us. If you are making an exchange due to our error, you will be reimbursed for your return shipping cost. There will be a 25% restocking fee for garments returned for credit that are not exchanged. There will be a 50% restocking fee for all printed items returned, regardless of them being exchanged or not. Note: Please send the return/exchange via a traceable means such as UPS or FedEx ground so that we have a tracking record if for any reason issues arise. Please also have your shipment insured as we can not claim responsibility for lost packages. Please contact us before shipping as there are several return addresses depending on the product being returned. Payment and Taxes We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, PayPal, or SovUSA Gift Certificates. All transactions are shown in U.S. Dollars. Our Guarantee To You We work hard to display on this website all items in our current inventory. It is our intent to provide all styles and sizes of all products. Whenever possible we offer speedy service and full delivery. But in those cases where inventory is low or delays are unavoidable, we promise to do our best to ship your order as soon as possible or contact you about alternatives. Nevertheless, any and all dates quoted for delivery, return, or other services are estimates and may be subject to change.
